This program provides concepts and practice for giving and receiving feedback with the techniques necessary to make your discussions with your team productive and focused on building rapport.
As a coach, you have several opportunities to effectively conduct powerful conversations whether for reasons of praise or difficult situations. Throughout this Workshop, you apply a proactive approach that features clarity in communicating expectations and feedback for your team member’s individual or collective group performance.
